Purpose and Scope

2.1. This Legal Notice establishes the general terms and conditions of use governing access to, browsing and use of the website www.victoriaproject.net, hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its contents.

In addition, the provision of certain services or activities through the WEBSITE may also be subject to specific terms and conditions which, where applicable, shall replace, supplement and/or amend the general terms and conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice.

2.2. This WEBSITE is a service made available to Internet users by FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD for informational purposes. FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD may make any changes it considers appropriate to its design, configuration and content at any time and without prior notice.

2.3. Access to and use of this WEBSITE grants the visitor the status of USER and implies the USER’s full and unconditional acceptance, from the moment of such access and/or use, of each and every one of the terms and conditions of use included by FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access.

Personal Data Protection

4.1. FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD undertakes to process personal data in a manner that respects the rights of the data subjects and in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at any given time.

4.2. Each data collection form available on the WEBSITE provides the USER with permanent access to basic data protection information, including the identity of the data controller, the purposes of the processing and the rights that may be exercised by the data subject, as well as a link to additional and detailed information contained in the WEBSITE’s Privacy Policy.

The USER must expressly accept the Privacy Policy by ticking the corresponding box in order for the form to be considered complete and for the submission process to be finalised.

The content of the Privacy Policy may be amended in order to adapt it to any legislative changes that may occur, as well as to the criteria and positions adopted by the relevant supervisory authorities.

4.3. Where a USER voluntarily completes any of the online data collection forms available on the WEBSITE, the USER undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information and to notify FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD of any changes to that information.

4.4. The USER shall release and hold FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD harmless from any liability arising from a breach of these obligations.

4.5. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to provide personal data through the WEBSITE without the prior express authorisation of their parents or legal guardians.

In any event, this WEBSITE is not intended for minors.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

5.1. FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD, either directly or as an assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to this WEBSITE and to the elements contained therein, including, by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of materials used, and the computer programs required for its operation, access and use. 5.2. 5.3. The USER undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD.

6.1. The content of this WEBSITE is provided for informational purposes and to create a communication channel with USERS. Its content may not be regarded as comprehensive advice on any subject.

Under no circumstances shall FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD assume any responsibility for the content of third-party websites to which links are provided. 9.3. The failure by FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in these terms and conditions of use shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless expressly acknowledged and agreed to in writing.

9.4. FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD may amend all or part of the terms and conditions set out herein at any time. Such amendments shall take effect from the moment they are published on the WEBSITE.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship established between FUNDACIÓN JUAN CIUDAD and the USER shall be governed by the legislation in force in Spain.

For the resolution of any dispute, and unless otherwise required by law, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid.
